Kuala Lumpur, 25th August 2017 – Prime Minister, YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak launched today the MyWin Academy.
Women with a Mission (WWM) is a new program at MyWIN Academy with the several broad objectives.The said objectives are to gather promising young Malaysian women with a mission in their lives and coming from various fields and to assist the participants to create change and drive innovative solutions and projects.
MyWIN academy was established in 2014 which is an avant-garde setup for women aimed at fostering innovative and creative mindsets. The academy’s operating model emphasizes on thought leadership, mentorship and experiential learning in bringing about inclusive and innovative sustainable solutions.
MyWIN Academy strives to become a dynamic organization that cultivates leadership competencies in order to propel the development of women leaders in various fields. The academy also serves as an enabling tool to encourage women’s participation in catalyzing the nation’s human capital growth leading to higher socioeconomic outcomes.
Academic programs at the Academy are crafted based on current needs and anticipated future demands. The approach includes the application of innovative and game-changing methods while delivering measurable outcomes. These programs are targeted at shaping the mindset and enhancing the skills and attributes of aspiring women leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals.
